Come play Doom II with us!

Who

Jthan and myself (r00t^2) will definitely be playing, Paden may as well. Along with any others who want to join!

What

Doom II Co-op, the normal campaign. Plus Brutal Doom.

You will need:

• Zandronum
• The IWADs
  • If you’re playing on GNU/Linux or macOS/OS X, you will probably need to load up Steam in WINE but just to download the WAD files.
  • You can also buy it from GOG.com – and I recommend picking up a copy of Doom I as well! You can then use lgogdownloader to fetch the game data.)
• The Brutal Doom PWAD (I recommend just grabbing the “Hell on Earth Starter Pack”)
• Mumble

Where

The game server will be at games.square-r00t.net on port 10666 (UDP).

The mumble server will be at games.square-r00t.net on port 64738 (TCP/UDP) (the default).

Note that you can use Doomseeker to find the server, and it’ll automatically install Brutal Doom if you don’t have it. It takes some configuration, though.
